The Project team gathers information from key stakeholders before any installation work is carried out to ensure a fully knowledgeable team handles the complete process. Project sites are surveyed in advance and so that any 3rd party communication can be made and agreed to ensure the project is delivered as required. Your dedicated Project Engineer will always be on hand to answer any queries you may have during the Installation process.

Our training experts will provide a comprehensive training package offered to all staff expected to use the system. The training can cover all aspects ranging from report production, user reg & passwords to system software rules such as access time tolerances. As each terminal is installed the training is integrated to the install final phase to ensure the users have a live walk through with the system – ensuring all users are fully proficient.
